PHENIXMAX uses information you send us to respond to support requests and share tournament updates. Browsing this website does not require an account.
Event registration
Tournament applications may include a team name and logo, each roster player’s in-game name and UID, and the captain’s email and phone number. Applications are stored in the PHENIXMAX event database and reviewed by authorized event administrators. Team and player names and UIDs are checked against existing entries for the same tournament to prevent duplicate applications. If configured, applicant receipts and approval or rejection updates are sent through Resend. Contact form messages are stored in the PHENIXMAX contact desk and are also forwarded through FormSubmit when its email service confirms delivery. Community conversations may take place on WhatsApp, which has its own privacy practices and terms.
How we use and retain it
PHENIXMAX does not sell personal information. We use information shared directly with us to process a tournament entry, answer a request, or provide the update it was sent for. No automatic application or contact-message deletion schedule is currently configured; records remain until an authorized administrator processes a deletion request or removes them as part of event operations. This is not a statement that records will be retained indefinitely; contact the event team with questions.
Questions or requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information sent directly to PHENIXMAX by emailing hello@phenixmax.com. Include the event title and team name, or details of the contact message, so the event team can locate your information. Requests are reviewed manually, and the team may ask for information to verify the request before taking action. Some registration deletions are blocked when the entry is referenced by locked tournament draw or result records; the event team will need to handle those competition records separately. There is no automated request-status portal or published response-time commitment.
